1. Where are the Miya's Tales notebooks produced?

All the notebooks are produced locally in the south of Portugal - Algarve.

2. And what is the origin of the materials used?

Miya's Tales excels in the quality of its products, and therefore all materials are of recognized origin, manufactured in Europe in countries such as Portugal, Italy and Germany.

3. Do you ship the products to the whole world?

Yes, we do. While most shipments are destined for the European Union area, we can ship to any country in the world.

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Usually, for the products displayed on our website (with available stock), the shipment is made between 1 and 3 business days after the order is completed (including payment confirmation). For specific products, customized or with stock break, the shipping time may be longer, and will be subject to confirmation.

5. What if the item I ordered is sold out?

Usually, all products displayed on the website have permanently available stock, unless otherwise stated. If by mistake we cannot fulfill an order due to stock issues, the customer will be refunded in the amount of the missing item, or the full amount of the purchase if he wishes to change it.

6. Do the prices indicated on the website include VAT?

Yes, all prices already include VAT.

7. And the shipping costs are included?

No. The shipping costs are charged to the customer upon purchase (unless there is a promotion that offers these costs), and may vary depending on the quantity / weight, and destination of the order. The shipping costs are indicated automatically in the purchase process. In the case of shipments outside the EU, the items may be subject to customs or other fees defined by the country of destination, for which Miya's Tales is not responsible.

8. What payment methods can I use?

The Miya's Tales website offers several methods of payment to its customers, so they can make their purchases in a comfortable and safe way:

9. How is the shipment processed?

Usually, all shipments are dispatched through standard postal service, or through priority postal service as an option.

10. I want to make a purchase, but I want to send it to someone else, is it possible?

Of course it’s possible. During the checkout process, you can specify an alternative address to where your order will be shipped.

11. And the order will be wrapped as a gift?

For now we do not offer this service, but all our products are packed with all the care and the best possible presentation, in quality boxes, personalized with our brand.

12. Will the product I receive look exactly as the one shown on the website images?

All Miya's Tales products are handmade, and as such there may be slight differences in finishes, such as cut or binding, which are part of the identity of each item. The images shown are real photographs of the products and depending on the screen where they are displayed, there may be slight differences in hue, but we guarantee that you will be satisfied with your notebook.

By registering on our website you can enjoy several exclusive advantages designed for our customers. Through our newsletter you will receive information about new products and have access to promotions like discounts, offer of shipping costs, vouchers, etc.

14. What is the delivery time for my order?

After processing the order and delivering it to the postal services, depending on the country of destination, under normal conditions the delivery times will be as follows:

Standard Mail:
Portugal: 3 working days
Europe: 5 working days
Rest of the world: 7 working days

Priority Mail:
Portugal: 1 working day (Autonomous regions: 2 working days)
Europe: 3 working days
Rest of the world: 5 working days

Registered Mail (with traking number): 
Portugal: 1 working day (Autonomous regions: 2 working days)
Europe: 3 working days
Rest of the world: 5 working days

15. How to use my gift cards or vouchers?

In each purchase only a single code (gift card or voucher) can be used, and its use is unique, which means that you can use all the available value, and in case of not using all of it, the remaining credit will be canceled and the code disabled.
