1. Where are the Miya's Tales notebooks produced?
All the notebooks are produced locally in the south of Portugal - Algarve, Portimão.
2. And what is the origin of the materials used?
Miya's Tales excels in the quality of its products, and therefore all materials are of recognized origin, manufactured in Europe in countries such as Portugal, Italy and Germany.
3. Do you ship the products to the whole world?
Shipments are destined for Portugal and the European Union area.
4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Usually, the production time for all products presented on our website is indicated in the description of each article, and production starts after the payment confirmation. Immediately upon completion of the item(s) production, the order will be dispatched, and the shipping time will be in accordance with the postal service chosen by the customer at the time the order was placed. All information regarding the order status, including the shipping and estimated delivery time, is available (after payment confirmation) in the customer account.
5. What if the item I ordered is sold out?
Usually, all products displayed on the website have permanently available stock, unless otherwise stated. If by mistake we cannot fulfill an order due to stock issues, the customer will be refunded in the amount of the missing item, or the full amount of the purchase if he wishes to change it.
6. Do the prices indicated on the website include VAT?
Yes, all prices already include VAT.
7. And the shipping costs are included?
No. The shipping costs are charged to the customer upon purchase, and may vary depending on the quantity / weight, and destination of the order. The shipping costs are indicated automatically in the purchase process. In the case of shipments outside the EU, the items may be subject to customs or other fees defined by the country of destination, for which Miya's Tales is not responsible.

The Miya's Tales website offers several methods of payment to its customers, so they can make their purchases in a comfortable and safe way:

9. How is the shipment processed?
Usually, all shipments are dispatched through standard postal service to Portugal. To Portugal Islands - Azores and Madeira and to other countries in Europe, shipments will be sent by registered mail.
CTT carrier - 1 working day (with tracking number). Delivery is made to the address registered in the order and an SMS and email with the tracking number will be sent.
How to use my gift cards or vouchers?
In each purchase only a single code (gift card or voucher) can be used, and its use is unique, which means that you can use all the available value, and in case of not using all of it, the remaining credit will be canceled and the code disabled.
