SELF-LOVE is the reflection of what the relationship is like and the feelings we have for ourselves.
In order to be able to be well with ourselves and with other people, and to be able to achieve our GOALS, fulfill our DREAMS, it is important to reinforce self-love.
And no, it's not a matter of selfishness, it's a matter of MENTAL HEALTH and WELL BEING.
Have you noticed that when you feel good EVERYTHING FLOWS? That's how self-love works.
When you LOVE and ACCEPT yourself as you are, with all your strengths and weaknesses, when you take care of your mind and your body, do things you like, that brings tranquility, peace and BALANCE to your life and well-being is a constant reality.
And although at first glance it may seem complicated to understand where we can start, my suggestion is to CREATE A ROUTINE that includes activities that promote and help make this whole process much easier and why not, even fun.
My wish is that with this diary as a guide, you can incorporate practices that add value and allow you to achieve the well-being, harmony, tranquility and emotional balance you are looking for.
This diary has 252 pages divided into:

- Priorities of the week focusing on the most important and reflection
- At the beginning of each week, a phrase, mantra or exercise to reinforce self-esteem
- Daily page for purpose, achievements, gratitude, selfcare and more
- At the end of each week you will find a summary with major achievements and challenges, where you were proud of yourself, and other important reflections that help you in the process of creating good self-esteem
- At the end of the 3 months of the diary, you will celebrate your achievements with a totally different and renewed feeling.
The diary has 2 different versions, where you will find motivating phrases, mantras and different exercises inside. So you can do this self-esteem "trip" 2 times, with the two different versions of the diary and reinforce your self-esteem even more.

PRAZO DE PRODUÇÃO DO ARTIGO
Todos os artigos são feitos à mão e devido ao elevado número de encomendas, o prazo de produção varia consoante a época do ano, sendo neste momento de: (não inclui sábados, domingos e feriados).
- Para artigos personalizados o prazo de produção é de 12-15 dias uteis.
* Nos envios para as Ilhas dos Açores e Madeira o prazo de envio é de 14-17 dias uteis. - Para as canecas o prazo de produção é de 8-12 dias uteis.
- Para as canecas personalizadas com LOGOTIPO, para CASAMENTOS e EVENTOS ESPECIAIS o prazo de produção é de 15-18 dias uteis.
- Para os artigos sem personalização tais como canetas, lápis, clips, autocolantes, marcadores de livros, posters, alguns versões de blocos de notas e cadernos cozidos com linha de cor, o prazo de envio após confirmação de pagamento é de 5-8 dias úteis. (Este prazo apenas se aplica caso a encomenda não inclua nenhum artigo personalizado).
Nota: Para capas com logotipo/ilustração e frases personalizadas (opção "quero outra frase na capa"), será enviada por email uma maqueta para aprovação após encomenda confirmada. A mesma deverá ser validada num período de 24h, sendo que as respostas posteriores a esse tempo farão com que a encomenda possa transitar para o lote de produção seguinte, extendendo assim o prazo previsto inicialmente para o envio da mesma.
Depois de receberes o email com a confirmação do pagamento da tua encomenda, faz login no site e consulta a tua área cliente.
